Sleepy?

Is anyone else having a hard time sleeping? Ever since surgery I can't sleep more than 2 or 3 hrs a day, I'm so tired but my body physically wakes up and I can't go back to sleep! What did you do to get back in Track? I have tired melatonin and extra Sleepytime tea .. I'm not able to fall asleep unless in helpless tired. Current situation is I've been up for 22 hrs right now. Help a girl out I'm so tired!!!!!!

    maybe check your multi-vitamin for supplements/herbs that might cause energy surplus.
