Hi brch,

Don't be down, I have fluctuated also and was reminded we can have that flucz in just Water weight. Just a thought.

Kind Regards,

Debbie

Try not to be down about it. I am 12 weeks post op and have had a few weeks of slumps over the past several weeks. I even went up a pound on the scale one week, and I have followed everything to a T since surgery.

It is just something that happens. Your body will start to lose again. And from what I understand, the slumps pretty much happen to almost everyone at one point or another.

The infamous 3 week stall is real. I did 20 days on 800 calories and lost nothing. Follow the rules and be patient. Your body is adjusting. The stall will break.
