Bellyache question.

I'm 5 months out, I went to lunch yesterday and had steak and salad. Brought half of both home and had for dinner. My stomach hurt so bad when I went to bed last night. Not sick, but almost sore. I got up at 4 and made myself throw up. It was pieces of steak. I still feel ick any suggestions on what it could be. I have had both steak and salad before with no issues

My guess is that a piece got "stuck". It can happen sometimes. The first time it happened to me, I was already over a year out. Just make sure you chew thoroughly and slow down your eating to avoid it in the future.

I always choose a small cut, but no salad. I usually take the (small) dinner salad home. NO BREAD EVER. Chew slowly and thoroughly. Great luck to you
