Just 30 more pounds

I just have 30 more pounds to lose before my doctor will set me a date for surgery I've lost 29 pounds already but that wasn't enough my BMI was still too high I'm hoping to accomplish this in a month and two weeks wish me luck .

My highest weight was 423. But when I started watching what I eat last June I was 412. I'm now 362. It's been a long long 8 months but I'm down 50lbs just by diet. You can do it. Hopefully you are younger and haven't had a hysterectomy to slow down your metabolism & it comes off faster for you.
