Vegetable juicing

Hey all! New here.

Curious if juicing vegetables and/or greens is acceptable for the liquid-only diet. I'm sure fruits are off limits due to high sugar.

Thanks!

Read the ingredients on v8...nothing in it is healthy. Juicing real vegis are pure nutrition. I drink a regular 6oz glass of green juice everyday. I have not had my surgery yet . But in my first NUT visit I will ask about it. I drink a mix of romaine lettuce, celery, cucumber, green apple, lemon , cilantro and ginger. It is health in a glass. and it taste great! If you like v8, try juicing the real vegis in a v8. :)
