How many calories during Phase 1 & 2?

I had my surgery on 1/24 and I've been hitting my Water goal every day but only about 1/3rd of my Protein goal. It's getting easier though. But my calorie intake has been averaging around 150 calories a day... that sounds not healthy. Is it normal to consume so few calories in the very beginning?

My suggestion would be to increase the Protein to your requirement and use the Protein shakes or unflavored Protein powder to your broth or 0 calorie drinks like Crystal Light, Powerade Zero or decaf

The protein shakes or unflavored protein powder will give you more calories and the minimum requirement of 60 grams of protein a day is very important.

I got my surgery done the 23rd Jan. The key is to get at least three lots of at mimumum 50ml of Protein shake in a day and have water in between.
