Drinking Seltzer during the pre-op diet.

Is it ok to drink seltzer during the pre-op diet? I know carbonation is bad in my post sleeve life, but how about during the pre-op diet?

    I was told no carbonation at all it will be the best for you in the long run any ways so i would omit it from now to get use to not drinking it

    Agree with berry. I love my fizz and it was hard to give up. Do it before so you don't have to add another thing to give up right when you have surgery. You will have enough to wrestle with. Drinking fizz after can be dangerous. Definitely give up the week before.
