Awesome. I love IF. I did it while I was weight training and plan to make it my lifestyle after surgery as well. You can lose consistently on IF. The best part is working out during your fasting time. There's so much medical science out there that helps explain why this works and as a testament to it, it does. Although I only dropped 4 lbs, I lost 3 inches all around my body. (I was also not really watching everything I ate at the time, just the window) But alas, I still have a lot of fat on me, so I need to reset my metabolism with the sleeve. Currently, I'm doing my weights. I'll add the IF later.
