Protein for Baking/Cooking

Hey all! I'm finally eating real foods again! A lot of recipes I see call for vanilla Protein powder. Does anyone know a good vanilla protein they've used for cooking? Would love recommendations!

On another note, does anyone know of any good paleo protein powders?

What are "Paleo Protein Powders"?

I have good experiences using pea protein in baking. All Proteins have a certain aftertaste though (I can't stand that of too much rice protein for example) so you'll most likely have to experiment.
