Today is the day. I ended up choosing premier brand Protein shakes. IMO.. the chocolate shakes taste just like the Yoo-hoo brand chocolate milk. So it works for me.

Anyone else starting their diet today ? I can use some recipe ideas.

My diet consist of

3 protein shakes

1 high protein snack

1 meal.

I started yesterday as well. I'm doing ok. Day 1 was hard as I really want to eat something. Today is going a little bit better.

I like the banana crime premier they taste like banana cream pie and the caramel one tastes like a caramel frappe but melted. My dr isn't making me do a pre op diet besides 24 hr liquid diet the day before surgery
