New Beginnings

My surgery date is January 25th 2017. The one thing that helped me during the liquid diet for three weeks without going through caffeine withdrawals was starting the eating process early by using artificial sweeteners, no sodas and decaf coffee. Now I have to face the surgery. My starting weight was 389lbs. I lost 35lbs. own my own and 12 more since this diet. Now I am 342lbs.

Excellent suggestion! I did the same and went through the hell of withdrawal before my surgery. Glad I did!
