I would call just to be sure, but I started having sinus issues which were making me nauseous and my doctor told me to take sudafed.

I would think sudafed would be fine. I take Tylenol cold and flu and they work SUPER quick because of the absorption... but I'd check with your doc too

I feel you! I am preoperative and have a raging cold and can't take anything. It sucks! How are you feeling otherwise being a week out?
