Chew chew chew

I'm 18 days pre op is it just me or am I the only one who needs to work on chewing up my food . I feel like I eat too fast. My doctor recommended chewing every thing 30x . Any thing that's not liquid I feel it literally hit my stomach.

Welcome to the club! I'm 9 months out and still have to chew like that. I think it is a long term thing. Congrats on your surgery!

I've learned when I eat to fast either I have hiccups or bad heart burn. I always have to remind myself to slow down.
