Yes i had the same thing. My cardiologist said false positives are more common among women. I had to go for a coronary heart scan. Everything came back great, and the cardiologist signed my clearance stating the stress test was a false positive.

I had the exact same thing. They were querying an enlarged ventricle, however my echocardiogram was normal. My technician told me false positives for ekg are more frequent of ladies of a certain "stature" by that i assume she meant overweight! It didnt stop me panicking for a month before the echo though!
