surgery date scheduled! work hasnt approved time off yet :(

I'm scheduled for surgery March 3 and work hasn't approved my time off yet. Very nervous. Nervous about everything, my co-workers aren't supportive and I'm afraid of compilations. :( any good vibes my way would be highly kind. <3

I'm sorry. That's got to be hard. I've only told a few coworkers but they seem to think that I should be trying harder to lose the weight other ways. I have tried so many different ways and I if I could try harder and lose it and keep it off then I would. I think that if you haven't walked in these shoes it's hard to understand. When you're overweight and have comorbidities like arthritis it's harder and more painful to exercise and I'm not a spring chick anymore either. I hope they can get your approval, I would call HR every few days to check on it. Best of luck and congrats.
