One weeks after my surgery of my gastric bypass

i got surgery January 9,2017 and im staying hospital for two days and leaving hospital on january 11 but i got quickly recovery and rest lots..

i have no pick heavy things till third weeks of February because of my surgery..

I'm been rest lots and also i walk one block from my house help me lose weight till my appointment on February 2 after my surgery but im still sore..

im been thinking about going shopping and i cant carry heavy things till third weeks of February or I would straighten to hospital immediately I don't wanted hernia torned my surgery like that..

i told my mom about sushi and sushi will easy choked me after my surgery i would kept waiting about 2-3 months after surgery or i will surgery again I don't wanted that..

But i will post picture before and after my surgery i will kept update don't worry about that..

i'm a week and a few days outta surgery (Surgery date 1/10/17) and feel great and my doctor gave me the ok yesterday to eat soft meats and in 3 weeks i have to go back so he can give me the ok for veggies and i had no major or intense pain within my surgery i had the sleeve plus a lot of scar tissue removed from the lapband and hernia repaired and i feel super
