Favorite kitchen tool?

I think my new favorite kitchen tool is the Blender Bottle I got with my Protein sampler pack from BariatricEating.com. It's just a plastic bottle with a whisk-ball inside it, but it works amazingly well to get all those pesky lumps out of Protein drinks. I'm attaching a picture of it. Note to anyone that wants one: Don't buy it from BariatricEating.com or even the manufacturer's website. You can get them for much cheaper from the Home Shopping Network website, in either a set of two small ones (20oz) or a set of four large ones (28oz). Seriously, I'll never go back to mixing my drinks with a fork or spoon, 'cause this thing rocks!

my favorite gadget is a pampered chef garlic press. i use it daily, and had it 5 years now. I love it because you just drop the whole clove in it, you don't have to peel or cut it first. The best $15 i've spent in my kitchen so far!

My favorite is the garlic peeler roller and I think I'm going to have to break down and buy a Food Saver (vacuum sealer).
