Yup and it doesn't seem like it improves much. I think in the beggining it was far worse and eventually, you'll just have one BM a week if you are lucky. I hate those Fiber powders that most recommend.

The only thing that helped me was MagO7. I took a full dose (5 pills) day 1 and 2 for quick relief...it worked (hallelujah). I hadn't pooped in 2 weeks. Now I take 2 a day to maintain. I use senna tea. Works well, but maybe try 1/2 cup to start.

I use senna tea too. It helps.
