1 year post op

  • Popular Post

It's been one year today since I had my sleeve done. My life has changed in every aspect.

My start weight was 333.1lbs

My weight this morning was 137.8lbs

That's a total loss of 195.3lbs!!

I've also lost a total of 95 inches...I'm a size 6 now...used to be a size 30.

I have accomplished this by being very focused and strict with my eating and exercise.

I eat very low carb, and always get in my Protein, Vitamins and Water every day.

For all of you just starting out, just know that anything is possible, and if you put your mind to it, you can achieve anything!!post-286644-14842470285582_thumb.jpgpost-286644-14842470503958_thumb.jpg

You look fantastic I pray that when I get my surgery that I will be as disciplined as you now did you work out a lot because your arms are so small and everyone else seemed to have those wings and your belly seems so flat looking at you in that dress or did you just not have a lot of excess skin because there are some women who don't have the excess skin

Hi and thank you!

My arms are very small, I never had very big arms to begin with. Most of my weight was around my middle, and yes, I have a very low stomach apron, the top of my thighs are a saggy mess.

People tell me they think my stomach is flat, and that's because of a good pair of panties.

So it is possible to hide it, but I would never be around anyone naked, that's for sure!!

I'm curious...you look amazing! Did you have any reconstructive surgery after you lost the weight?

Thank you!

No, I've had no plastic surgery. I do have a lot of loose skin...pretty much everything between my waist and my upper thighs is a hanging mess.

And unless I win the lottery, I'll never be getting any kind of plastic surgery
