I am on day 7 of my post op diet, my dietitian said I could have Protein shakes, Water , sugar free beverages, I added 1 a day sf fudgesicles, Sfpopsicles, sf pudding cups. So far no issues, I eat less than 300 cals a day and I am never hungry just miss food. You got Soup, I am jealous.

Fudgsicles??? Not fair I can't even eat Jello yet. I know most people do as a clear liquid. I was told no. I'm currently 4ks out

I had surgery 1/5, every Dietitian is different, I said I added sugar free fudgesicles, sugar free pudding... is soft, my dietitian said it's ok but 1 a day... you dietitian may say no.

Yes you are right.... definitely different. I was on liquids for 21 days. Everyone else 2 wks or less. I'm okay though, I know they just want to make sure I have no complications I'm 58 and doing great, down 30 and can't walk at the moment because of foot surgery.

Hey there! First off, Congratulations on your surgery! I was sleeved (12/27) and I am 3 days into my soft food/puréed stage. Some things I've been eating/Plan to eat:

-Egg "Muffins" with avaocado and laughing cow cheese

(There are great recipes on Pinterest, Super easy)

-Ricotta Bake "Muffins"

-Hard Boiled Eggs w/ a little salt and pepper

-Egg salad with low fat mayo, mustard and S&P

-Cottage Cheese

-chicken Salad (Puréed)

-Refried Beans with cream cheese with a dollop of Guacamole on top

-Hummus

-SF pudding

There is a website you can google "The World According To Eggface". There are tons of awesome recipes for the puréed and soft foods stage. Hope this helps out a little. ????
