upset stomach

My stomach is always upset can anyone suggest things to take or eat I am 2 monthes into my surgery

Hi there, a couple of things:

Have you followed up with your surgeon? If so, what did they say? If not, that should be your very next call.

Do you have a nutritionist you are working with? You may want to talk to them. If not, it's a good idea to log in all your food for at least a week. You want to log, what you eat, how you feel after and for how long. This can help determine if it's certain foods or all foods.

Are you on an acid reducer?

Does it happen regardless of eating?
