I had a seroma after a c-section and I used a moist towel topped with a heating pad to help reduce it and relieve the discomfort.

    I have one (surgery 12/23/16). Doc said it'll go away. It's just Fluid buildup, kind of your body's way of protecting the wound. Just like a blister, your body will get rid of it. Just make sure your Dr is aware of any changes you see or feel.
