I'm getting sleeves on the 23 after starting this journey March 2015. Have started pre-op diet and it's not all that bad. 1200 calorie non liquid diet. Hope everyone is doing well

I had my surgery done and boy what a change. I don't have a lot of pain but I am tired a lot. Trying to get my Protein shakes down I know that help with healing. So I am working on drinking those shakes. Good luck everybody

Hi all thought I would post an update I have lost 32 since Jan 8 begining of the liquid diet, 18 pounds since surgery. Struggle with water and protien now that I can eat soft food . Working on a remedy and looking at learning to meal prep. As I will be returning to work soon need to get all the bugs out.
