  4. I had the same problem. My family was still eating regularly. My coworkers was eating all kind of different food. I didn't mean to sound like you was totally focus on food. I apologize. My way of coping with food was focus on the results from refusing to eat with my family and friends. I had surgery 01/23/17. I have lost 30 lbs.   9. I recommend you to start where you are and drink plenty of Water to flush the food you consume through. This way you will get all the toxin out of your body and shrink your liver. Keep in mind this is a long tedious process. Eating this way for two week is nothing if we want to change our life. After surgery we won't be able to eat again for weeks on hand.   11. This is to shrink your liver. You don't want to jeopardize playing around yiur liver. I have 3 to 4 shakes a day pending on the amount of Protein it have. Then if I am still hungry I have some broth and lots of Water. Sent from my SM-G928T using the BariatricPal App
  12. I am on all liquids for two weeks. My surgery is January 23rd. I am so frustrated and anxious that i want to taste or chew some food right. I am trying to think about preparing my mind for my surgery. I am drinking Protein shakes 3 times a day. I could have strained Soups and broth. No meat,dairy or vegetables that I have to chew.   13. Me too! I took ny before picture and was looking at it. That was my motivator to keep me from putting anything in my mouth. I work long hours and everybody is snacking on chips and Cookies.   19. I am new to the the forum. I am so scared that I will miss things I love so much. Stuff I believe keeping me fat. I don't want to give up an occasional glass of wine. A nice sandwich from time to time. Or even a slice of pizza. This is my dilemma. I am clearef for surgery on the 23 rd of January. I want this so bad but I don't want to let go stuff I enjoy sometime. Iam 5'3". I weight 216 lbs. Tried every diet in the book.
