Ok here is my story.

Surgery 12/12/16

Feel like I am losing so slow..kinda frustrated. Don't get me wrong I am happy I am losing buy so wish it was more. Eating right 60-80 grams Protein a day 48 - 64 Oz Water. 6 small meals or protein Snacks walking daily! Help

u seemed to have lost a lot of weight for just having surgery dec 12. Ur current weight is 159? U lost over 120 lbs in alittle over a month???
