Had my surgery a week ago.

Today makes one week that I have had the sleeve. I can tell I'm doing pretty good physically , but mentally it's super hard. I would love to just have people to talk too. And for people to give me some advice. I'm only a junior in highschool so friends around me don't really understand what I'm going through. If you just have any helpful tips or advice. Please just let me know !

  • I am 2 weeks out and that first week was absolutely horrible. Harder than I expected. Its getting easier but I am still struggling with what I can eat and meeting my Protein goals (not even close)

  • I don't meet my Protein goals either. (Most of the time) I wish I could be past this stage and start eating solids. But I guess we all have to see a little rain before the sun comes out. And good luck

  • Thankyou so much !! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
