Post Op Day 5 and I head back to work!

I'm day four, tomorrow is day five and I'm going to work! I'm excited.

I've done well health wise. Didn't need gas x or nausea meds, and I just room first and only dose of pain meds. I also pooped today! Increased my liquids and resolved my mind to do the right things.

I truly believe you feel better each day, walking works/helps and so does support. If you are not feeling better each day, outside of particular side issues, something might be wrong.

I see the Dr. day after tomorrow and will report how work and that visit goes.

Stay encouraged. Stay health.

That is awesome that your going back to work so soon. I was sleeved on 12/14 but won't go back to work til 1/23...partially because I need a break from work. How much have u lost?

I've lost 9 since surgery day. A total of 21 since starting pre op diet.

The quick return was a motivator to keep me moving and mastering my new normal.
