I'm new at this computer thing-please help

I'm trying to get my weight ticker to show up and a signature with the date banded and the doctor. I don't know why it's not saving? Can anyone help me? Thanks Jenn

    I am going to the edit signature. In the box i typed the date banded and the dr. Then in the next section is has two sapceds for you to puteither a web address or a picture from you computer. I entered the address that the ticker gave. Then I hit save. When I enter a reply it doesn't show up. Thanks.
