Raw fish/poki

Hey everyone!

I am 5 weeks post op and I know tuna and salmon are on my approved soft food list but has anyone eaten them raw this early?

I want poki!

Please share!

I did with smoked salmon no rice, no issue. I think about the 4 week mark? I had to move into the soft foods quicker than expected because I couldn't stand the taste of the shakes. 11/11/16: HW

I ate them at 6 weeks when I was cleared for solids. Sashimi, poke, and ceviche have been dietary staples ever since.
