2 Weeks Post Op Stomach Pain

I am a couple days past two weeks post op and still in the liquid phase. Every time I drink a Protein shake I get a stomach ache. I am not drinking too much. Is my stomach just not tolerating anything or is something wrong?

Many people develop an intolerance after surgery. My surgeon said it can be temporary or permanent. Maybe try another protein shake with different ingredients to see if it still happens.
