My resolution would be to hit goal -- 170 lbs., with an option for 10 more. And if I have to cut off a toe to get to Onederland by tomorrow, I'm going to do it! I hereby swear and am resolute to do the following:

- Lose that last 20 pounds

- Walk 10000 steps a day with my overweight dog

@@LittleBill I love your approach, it's much the same as mine. The closest thing I have to a resolution is to reach my goal weight - although working out what that actually is will enable me to succeed I guess. Otherwise my plan is to pretty much carry on with what I'm doing ????

Onederland by my birthday (feb 4). Goal by summer. But my real resolution is to continue to stick to plan. Everything else will happen as it happens.
