Surgery on the 28th and today's my 1st day out of pj - thought I'd try to take my daughter shopping - get out of the house for a little - is this advisable?

  • I know that itchy/get out of the house feeling but just be careful not to over due it. You can exhaust yourself very quickly. Make sure you have your liquids with you, if you go. Sent from my SM-N9

  • Yea. Hit a Starbucks. Walked a bit at her place and rode it out with Spotify. Sent from my iPhone

I've been on short store trips too. Just have meds like gas x and anti nausea plus liquids. Walking is good for you.

Warning: I drove really far to take my mom home and realized I was a lot drowsier than I thought.
