Moving post op!

Hi everyone!

There are a lot of things up in the air in my life right now. I don't have a surgery date, but I'm estimating sometime in late Feb./early March. However, I'm looking at possibly having to move out of state shortly after that (but that's not set in stone, either). I don't know how it would work if I'm not about to check in with my surgeon three months post op. Has this ever happened to anyone? I know "life happens," and sometimes you can't plan for these things, but I was just curious if anyone has ever found themselves in a situation like this.
