What do you mean just mix up the pack? If you want chili flavor, add chili powder to a strained soup. If you mean mix chili pack with ground beef, no, it is not a full liquid.

@suzzzz yes that what I meant lol just didn't know how to put it. But I just came from the store I'm gone add chili flavor to tomato soup. Since the recipe calls for tomato sauce I'm just substituting. Hope it comes out ok.

Good for you to ask first but you ought to check with your doctor and see what they want you to do. Then let us know, I'm curious.

You can have whatever spices you want as long as you aren't having Gerd issues.
