Skin care

I am actually having the duodenal switch but the bypass is closest to it. I know with rapid weight loss causes skin to sag. I had a Dr suggest that I start exercising and toning the areas I want firm before so that it won't be as hard after. I was also wondering about skin care and especially the face. I don't want to have the sunken in face or the loose skin on my neck. I want to start exercise and skin care. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I should be doing as far as skin care or suggestions on products.

I use a good moisturizer (never a plain lotion) before I really towel off and I use humidifiers in my house to keep from drying out. I worked out a ton before surgery and even though I'm only 5 weeks out I am doing everything thing that I can safely do. Working out, moisture, and drinking Water will all help in the battle against the sag.
