  3. I am actually having the duodenal switch but the bypass is closest to it. I know with rapid weight loss causes skin to sag. I had a Dr suggest that I start exercising and toning the areas I want firm before so that it won't be as hard after. I was also wondering about skin care and especially the face. I don't want to have the sunken in face or the loose skin on my neck. I want to start exercise and skin care.
