I just started

Hello all im new here and had my sleeve done 12/20 after having a lap band in place for over 11 years(which worked great) until about 2 years ago. I am really annoyed with the amout of people who say to me "you didnt need to do that" how do you know what it feels like to walk in my shoes? I am sticking to the diet but am feeling fatigue and still having trapped gas pain...i might sleep for a few hours but set my alarm to wake me to walk and drink/protien...i am finding that as little sips i take i feel it go down get a lil stall then pass through...discomfort but not terrible...im optimistic about being able to move around with less knee and back pain i plan on living!...thanks for listening
