Any suggestions would be grately appreciated

So I had my surgery Nov 22nd, in the past 2 weeks I have thrown up every morning and I feel nauseous all day long. I have been burping a lot and my burps have a horrible smell.. In the past week I have hardly been able to get my Protein shakes down the taste makes me feel sick.. I have been getting fevers on and off.. Doctor wants me to make a appointment for next week. Just curious if this has happened to anyone else and any ideas what I can do to feel any better..

I have emailed the surgeon and spoke with him. He wants me to come in right after Christmas. At this point since its controlled with Tylenol he doesn't seem alarmed. For me though its just so uncomfortable and painful.. What about the burps with bad smell. Have you experienced that at all??

That sounds like sour stomach/excess acid. May need a generic Zantac prescription.

So it's after Christmas, what did the doctor say and how are you feeling?

The doctor told me that I needed to eat more.. I actually come to the conclusion that its a abundance of stomach acid.. I just seen the vinegar comment gonna have to try that thank you.. So I have been eating small amts of bread and crackers just until I increase my food intake.. Also prilosec and also trying peppermint candy Canes and trying essential oils.. I put a drop on my tongue and helps a little. I still throw up in the am. Its all acid.. I feel nauseous during the day. I have my appt Jan 6 I hope that it gets better. I been missing work on bad days. My stomach is just so nauseous. Christmas was short I just wanted to be home.. My poor kids. Hopefully next year is better.
