@@Lori Franzen I thought 180 would be good because I was 180 in HS. Now that I am almost 190, and I see how clothes are fitting me and the wide world of fashion, I am thinking I want to aim for 165.

Sleeved at USC in August 2016 and down a total of 98 pounds in the last 13 months.
I am 12 pounds away from the random goal I set for myself when I started this journey. I have kept 137 in mind as a goa to shoot for; now that I'm 12 pounds away, I'm not so sure.
To be honest, I think I'm not sure because I don't know what "normal" or "OK" is for my body. Everyone says I will know when to stop losing, but I don't think so as I am terrified of maintenance.
How did you select a goal? I think my body dysmorphia is seriously screwing with me.
I'd love to hear your thoughts and see how you're handling your own definition of goal.
