  1. Sleeved at USC in August 2016 and down a total of 98 pounds in the last 13 months. I am 12 pounds away from the random goal I set for myself when I started this journey. I have kept 137 in mind as a goa to shoot for; now that I'm 12 pounds away, I'm not so sure. To be honest, I think I'm not sure because I don't know what "normal" or "OK" is for my body. Everyone says I will know when to stop losing, but I don't think so as I am terrified of maintenance. How did you select a goal? I think my body dysmorphia is seriously screwing with me. I'd love to hear your thoughts and see how you're handling your own definition of goal.
