<p>Hi, hope you all will,be willing to help me through this, I am waiting for approval from BCBS, hope that will be soon, The more I wait the more nervous I get. I'm not worried about the surgery itself, it the afterword, can I take the protein and fluids in,<img src="http://www.LapBandTalk.com/images/smilies/help.gif" border="0" alt="" title="Help" smilieid="256" class="inlineimg" /> that I am supposed too. would like to have some type of connection with some network of support from day one.</p>

This site is a great resource for support. You should also see if there are any local support groups as well. Its always good to try to meet people in person as well if you can.
