Required Vitamins

Has anyone used the Vitamin Patches and if so what brand? I'm getting heartburn from the Vitamins I have to take so would like to find something that is either once a day or in patch form. Any help will be appreciated

I've been using the patch MD Multivitamin Patches sold on the bariatric pal store. They're good but you might need something else for your Calcium levels too

I actually just bought them from the Bariatric Pal store and they delivered yesterday. However, I had my one month post op dietician visit on Wednesday and I asked her if I can use them and she immediately said no :(. She said oral Vitamins is what everyone should be on and the Patches aren't good. I would recommend asking your dietician or doctor.

My nutritionist said...and I quote..."they're crap". But I have read lots of people take them.

Bummer, I just ordered some. Why would Bariatric Pal sell them if they are cap? [sad face]

I'm not saying they are, I don't know, I've read a lot of people say they use them and love them.
