    Aetna has these advocates as well. Just call the member services on the back of your card. I can't imagine any company wouldn't have them....

    I know how waiting can be a pain. I wanted to share information that might help. Check with you insurance company to see if they have a registered nurse Health Advocate its a personal health team, my insurance has it and the advocate I was assigned was able to get my pre-auth done in a week , normally it should have taken anywhere from 3 to 4 weeks. Then as soon as I found out mine went through in stead of waiting my insurance company to transmitted the information over to my dr office i was calling to alert them it was process. To get the ball rolling quicker, That's how impatient I am lol, I hope this helps. Good luck!

    I have qualcare and the waiting is driving me crazy! I was hoping to find someone with qualcare to give me some insurance insight. I never heard of an advocate. Hopefully you'll get your answer soon

    An advocate is a go between you and the insurance company.
