I'm in my 6th week. I still cook for the family. Family is still going out to eat and I'm pretending everything is okay. I'm losing weight (slowly) but I'm beginning to want old foods, meals that the family eats. I eat my protein and few bites of veggies but feels weird. I do self-talk and quickly try to remove myself.
