    I had mine on 20 December 2010. I don't regret a single second of my long, strange journey. I started at 265 pounds, lost to 126 pounds in a year's time. Gained to 219 over the course of 3 years. I am back down to 158. The surgery is a tool. You have to watch your food habits for the rest of your life. But, every step of the way has made me a better, stronger and healthier me. Best of luck. :)
