Sleeved Yesterday

I was sleeved yesterday at Norton suburban with Dr. Allen. I'm doing OK just super sore and drowsy from medication. Dr has authorized clear liquid diet. I drank some Water and could here the water running into my stomach. It sounds like a sink draining? It's this normal??
