Hey everyone. Got my date of December 19th and start my pre op diet Monday and looking for an inexpensive, taste good Protein drink preferably in a powdered form.

Premier Protein is the best tasting by far. They come in pre-measured bottles and you can get a good deal on them at costco for $25. They come in chocolate, vanilla, strawberry, caramel, and banana.

I tried a bunch of different sha kes and I agree that the Premiere tasted the best for me. They are also really convenient to get (CostCo).

I have to agree with the others, Premier Protein has been my favorite. However, UnJury's chocolate Splendor is pretty good too. =]

I am on day 6 of my pre-op diet, and have been using Premier shakes and GENEPRO powder. I mix the Genepro in room temp Water and add to my brother.

I agree, so far the banana cream premier drink is working for me. It's my 5th day liquid diet. Good luck everyone
