Started full liquids

So I started full liquids yesterday my nutritionist said it will be for 3 weeks until I start puréed foods. I feel full but weird that I wasn't able to have a bowl movement is that normal.. or should I start taking Miralax from now... did anyone have an issue starting at full liquids phase?
