Howdy! Any folks going to Kaiser Fresno for surgery? I live in Tracy,Ca. Looking at surgery around end and f January or beginning February. Just saw surgeon, am at goal weight. Need to hit 2 support groups and learn to chew 30 times,& no eating in front of TV or computer!!!

I am going thru the bariatric department at Fresno Kaiser. I'm at surgery weight. Cleared by nutritionist and have 2 more Mindful Eating classes.

From the time I got everything cleared ( 2 Mindful Eating 2 Support Group Goal weight Dr London and Kim approval) it took 6 weeks to get my surgery. When I first woke up I was in a lot of pain. I still have some pain and nausea but they give me meds for that when I ask and I think alot of it is for the gas and hiccups and belching
