PCP visit

I had RNY on 11/14. So I followed up with my PCP. I am no longer on BP or cholesterol medication and I'm down 21 pounds. That's pretty dang good for 16 days. I'm doing ok getting the fluids in but Protein is another story. I'm using powder mixes now but Friday I'm going to try some Premier Protein and see how that goes. Just wanted to give a little update on my progress.
